🌷 Must-have Scrapbooking Essentials To Get Started ✨ Hiya!! Welcome to my FIRST youtube video. A few questions I always get asked are “How do I start scrapbooking?” “What supplies do I need to start scrapbooking?” “Where do I get a scrapbook?” ect ect ect. In this video, I’m going to tell you allll of my favourite must-have scrapbooking essentials and go-to supplies to get you started!
Scrapbooking doesn’t have to be that CRINGE classic scrapbook that you probably think of when you think of scrapbooking… it’s honestly my favourite way to document my dearest moments, memories and keepsakes. Literally, imagine pulling your scrapbook out in 40 years and re-living ‘the good ol’ days’ i’m obsessed.

I love it! I would’ve never thought to include a stranger or a small detail that might seem minimal to the trip out.

I buy blank sample blank photo packs and even full ones from opshops very cheap. They have sizes printed on the outside so you can print accordingly.

You lost me at cringe. As a scrapbooker for over 20 years I can tell you that even your most favorite layout will eventually become dated. Everyone’s style is different. One day your layouts may make you cringe but you will be thankful for the memories. Scrapbooking should always be for fun. If it’s not fun don’t do it
Good advice, thank you for the tips. A sketch pad may be the ideal book for those mini-projects; start small and end large.

Hi! What’s your usual printing photo size?
– scrapbook pages (A5 recommended)
– photo album to store pages
– photos (you can print at k-mart, don’t be afraid to get double/triple of one photo and play around with it)
– keepsakes (everything)- receipts, tickets, wrappers, polaroids, film strips, etc.
– glue dots and double sided tape
– paper pads (patterned/colored) for backgrounds or cute packaging and wrapping paper
– fabric, lace, ribbons, buttons
– vintage magazines
– xacto knife and mat
– fun-edged scissors
– fun things: paper flowers, silver stars, confetti (I added that one), washi tape,
